Aliron's Selection Process

Our selection criteria includes:

• Current licensure with no adverse actions
• Board certification, or eligibility (for the specialty)
• Certification in Basic Life Support
• No conflicts or "red flags" relative to credentialing
• Early intervention experience
• Basic knowledge base
• Good references from previous peers and supervisors
• Applicant's willingness to conform to Government facilities regulations and procedures
• Applicant's suitability as a long-term Aliron employee
