Contract Title: Family Care Clinic Services
Client: U.S. Army Medical Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas

Description of Work: Established, equipped and staffed two government-owned, contractor-operated family care clinics, in Killeen and Copperas Cove, to perform non-personal services in accordance with Army Regulation 40-3 and the laws of the State of Texas. Services included providing ambulatory acute and chronic care for designated Department of Defense beneficiaries of the TRICARE Prime Program. Staffing included hiring medical and administrative personnel to perform nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy and optometry services. All of these services were performed in accordance with ethical, professional and technical standards.

Aliron's services enabled Darnall Army Community Hospital to begin the immediate enrollment of TRICARE beneficiaries and reduced reliance on expensive CHAMPUS providers by assuming the workload of terminated PRIMUS clinics. Aliron renovated the buildings, procured and installed equipment, and assigned staff to commence clinic operations all within 60 days of receiving notification to proceed.
